This complete remodel project included converting an existing single-story office/warehouse space into a two-story mini storage facility. The scope included a complete demolition of the interior of a 72,178 sf tilt-up building and adding structural studs to support a 66,460 sf second story within the existing shell, complete MEP, HVAC along with new sales office, three elevators, restrooms and sitework. The completed building houses over 1,300 storage units.
